  • Wine : Produced from our oldest vines, 40 years old and over, mainly  Merlot.
    Yield of production is controlled and remains far below 40 hectoliters per hectare.
    Full-bodied and powerful with a nice deep red color, the Great wine reach its pic from 5 to 10 years after bottling.
  • Vinification :
    Cold macerations during 4 to 5 days.
    Thermoregulated fermentions, regular and long pumpings.
    5 weeks vatting time (on the skins) at least.
  • Breeding :
    Malolactic fermentations in barrels. Batonnage during one month.
    12 months in French oak barrels (50 % new).
  • Wine and meat : To be served with roasted meats, venison and cheese.

  • Wine : Produced from our middle-age vines (25 to 40 years), mainly Merlot (80%) blend with Cabernet Sauvignon.
    The wine, with its small red fruits 'aromas, offers a perfect balance thanks to supple tannins and roundness.
    Keep it ageing to discover all its complexity.
  •  Vinification :
    Cold macerations during 4 to 5 days.
    Thermoregulated fermentations, regular and long pumpings.
    5 weeks vatting time at least.

  •  Breeding :
    12  months in oak barrels (20% new). 
  •  Wine and meat :  To be served with grilled or sauced meats, cheese.

  • Wine : Produced with our youngest vines (average of 20 years), blending of Merlot (70 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (20 %) and Malbec, this wine is fruity, round and supple with a good length in mouth.
    To be drink young for its freshness.

    Cold macerations during 4 to 5 days.
    Thermoregulated fermentations, regular and long pumpings.
    5 weeks vatting time at least.

  •  Breeding :
    In vats 
  •  Wine and meats : Enjoyable from first course to dessert.

Finesse and elegant....

  • Wine : Produced with our oldest vines, ripe grapes must be in perfect sanitary conditions.
    Blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon.
    The wine is round and rich, nice toasted and exotic fruits aromas, with a good legnth in mouth
  • Vinification :
    24 hours' maceration of the grapes.
    Must racking at cold temperature during 2 or 3 days.

  • Breeding :
    Vinification and breeding in new oak barrels.
    Weekly batonnage during 3 months.

  • Wine and meet : To be served at aperitive, with smoked meat and fish, sauced fish, goat or blue cheese.

THE WHITE

This wine is made to enhance fruit aromas and flavours.
Nice golden yellow colour, fruity nose with aromas of white flowers, round with freshness.
Blend of Sauvignon, Sémillon.

  • Vinification :
    Cold skin maceration. After a light pressing, the fine lees are put back in suspension in thermoregulated vats, so as to extract the maximum of the aromatic potential.

  • Breeding :
    3 months in vats with regular pumpings of fine lees.

  • Wine and meats : Ideal as aperitif, can be served with fresh or cooked shellfishs, fish, salads and cheese. Perfect with asiatic cooking.
